Offering Support Services for Community Economic Development Investment Funds

CML was established to offer independent administrative support services to "start up" and existing Community Economic Development Investment Corporations (CEDCs) operating in Nova Scotia, Canada. We are an independent service provider that is able to set up initial CEDIF (Community Economic Development Investment Funds), as well as managing existing funds. We provide these services continually, and / or, on a contractual basis.

Our services include the administration of the CEDC's CEDIF fund on an annual basis. Offering document preparation and closing services; acting as liaison with Trustee, NS Securities Commission and NS Dept. of Finance; ensuring your annual reporting requirements are up to date. We also provide continuous support to members of the Board of Directors of our clients by providing them with orientation services and access to additional resource services that will benefit the CEDC Director. As a client with CML, each board member will be given a member login and access to CEDIF Edge, our online resource and newsletter.
