General Admin Package
CML's General Admin package consists of the services listed below. This package is
designed for the CEDC that is not preparing an offering for the current year but must ensure compliance and
reporting. With this package CML will:
- Prepare corporate annual filings
- Liaise with Accountant/Treasurer in preparation for annual income tax reporting
- Act as an agent for the Corporation
- Arrange Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
- Maintain all shareholder communications
- File annual reports with Dept. of Finance
- Maintain Shareholder register
- Ensure compliance with investment pacing requirements
- Ensure compliance with Nova Scotia Securities Commission.
- Provide backup CD to client
