Clients SEIGL is a CEDIF Corporation that now operates an active business to invest all or substantially all of the proceeds of the offering in shares of Soil Foodweb Canada East Ltd. (the Investee Corporation), and Soil Foodweb Incorporated (SFI). They provides a set of services that comprise a new approach to soil and crop management. This approach is based on the application of the science of soil ecology to farming, turf management, horticulture, greenhouse production, orchards,and any other soil-based endeavour. The Investee Corporation is a Canadian owned company that operates as an affiliate in an expanding network of soilecology laboratories known as SOIL FOOD WEB INC. (SFI). This network, started in 1996 as a single lab in Oregon by Dr. Elaine Ingham, now has affiliate laboratories in New York, Australia, New Zealand, England, Alberta, and South Africa.
