Basic Package
CML's basic package consists of offering document preparation, management of fund while open, closing the fund,
and filing all final reporting and compliance documents. In our basic package CML will:
- Liaise with all government departments and contractors
- Gather all information required for the offering document.
- Draft offering document for board approval
- Prepare and file ETC application
- Establish Escrow Trust
- Management of RRSP paperwork
- Filing reports with Securities
- Filing reports with Dept of Finance
- Provide regular back up CDs to Executive Director
- Share certificate production
- Complete shareholder notifications
